Once we receive your payment, you'll find the Gate Pin on our website. Just follow these easy steps:
- Log in to your account on the website.
- Click on the Lots Won tab
- Click the COMPLETE PURCHASE button for the lot whose Gate Pin you need to find out.
Your Gate Pin will be displayed in the Shipping block.
You can also find your Gate Pin in the invoice we will send to the email address you have on file with us.
Alternatively, you can download the invoice directly from the website.
- Log in to your account on the website
- Click on the Lots Won tab
- Locate the specific lot for which you require a Gate Pin, and simply click the "Download Invoice" button
Within the downloaded invoice, locate the PIN# – this serves as your Gate Pin for this particular lot.
Note: The Gate Pin will be visible only if there are no outstanding fees.
