When you win a bid, we’ll send a notification with an attached invoice to your email on file. The invoice will include payment instructions.
In your account, you’ll also see a payment option for the won lot with simple instructions for completing the payment.
Payment for the vehicle is accepted by secure funds only: wire transfer, Zelle, or MoneyGram.

Follow these steps to make a payment:
- Click on the Lots Won tab
- Locate the specific lot for which you wish to make a payment and click the COMPLETE PURCHASE button
- Go to the Payment section in the Navigation Block
- Select a convenient payment method
Wire transfer
We recommend wire transfer as one of the most secure and efficient methods for your purchase payment. Wire transfers are typically very simple and can usually be completed online via your bank's online platform.
If you are unsure how to send a wire transfer, please contact your financial institution for specific instructions.
Check your AutoBidMaster invoice for the details you’ll need:
- Bank name for AutoBidMaster
- Account number for AutoBidMaster
- Domestic Customers: ABA routing number for AutoBidMaster
- International Buyers: SWIFT code for AutoBidMaster
Bank wire transfers may go through intermediary banks, which may charge extra processing fees in addition to those from your originating bank. These fees will be deducted from the amount sent to AutoBidMaster, so please account for them when making your payment.
Once your transfer is complete, upload the payment confirmation as instructed on your invoice.
Zelle
We accept Zelle payments for membership and auction purchase.
This payment method enables our members to send and receive money quickly and securely using their mobile devices or online banking platforms.
To send funds via Zelle follow the steps below:
- Open the Zelle feature from your online banking or banking app (if your bank provides the option)
- Click on “Send money”. Provide an email address for Zelle payment, provided in your account or/and invoice.
- When sending funds for the lot purchase, include the lot # in the comment or memo line
- If sending funds for membership, include the email address you are registered with at AutoBidMaster.com
Once the funds arrive in our account, we will notify you by email at the email address associated with your member account. You may also check the status of your payment by logging into your AutoBidMaster account.
MoneyGram
We accept MoneyGram payments for Membership, Security Deposit, and auction purchase.
To send funds always choose the option “Pay Bill” then enter AutoBidMaster receiver code: 17238.
- When sending funds for the lot purchase, include the lot # in the comment or memo line
- If sending funds for deposit, include the email address you are registered with at AutoBidMaster.com
Once you’ve completed the transfer, please follow the steps at the bottom of your invoice to upload the confirmation.
We will notify you by email when the funds are received by AutoBidMaster. You may also check the status of your payment by logging into your AutoBidMaster account.
Uploading a payment receipt
After processing your payment, please upload a copy of the receipt by using a corresponding form in your account on the website.
You may also use the QR code or "Upload Receipt" button in the invoice.
On the page that opens, enter the amount you sent, click "Upload Receipt", upload the receipt copy, and then confirm the action.
Additional information
You can use unsecure funds to pay for your AutoBidMaster Membership, vehicle reports, auction storage services and Security Deposits. Please note that payment for the vehicle cannot be made via unsecure funds services.
Credit Card payments
AutoBidMaster accepts most credit cards in our online payments portal. When paying with a credit card online, please remember the following requirements:
- The payer must be the primary account holder for online transactions
- The card must match the name and billing address of the account holder
PayPal, Google & Apple Pay
We accept PayPal, Google & Apple Pay payments for membership and vehicle reports only.
Those most popular electronic wallet applications are also supported by AutoBidMaster. You'll need to establish your preferred payment app and connect it to a funding source such as a bank account or credit card.
At the checkout page you can choose the PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay payment method, input your account information and confirm the payment.
