At AutoBidMaster, we’re doing our part to keep our employees safe so we can keep bringing you the best online auction experience we can. Our auctions are still 100% online, and all yard locations are still operating. Our shipping partner is still working hard to get your vehicles to you.

We’re putting together a list of common questions to try to clear up any confusion regarding our operations during COVID-19, and this page will be updated with any changes.

Are you still open?

Yes, all auctions are proceeding as scheduled and our buyer services team is here to answer any questions you may have during normal business hours.

How can I pay?

You can still place your refundable security deposit by credit card or bank wire transfer. Vehicle payments can be made by bank wire transfer. Many banks are accommodating online wire transfers during this crisis, so check with your bank regarding their policies.

Can I still ship my vehicle after I win?

Yes, vehicle shipping is still functioning as normal. We’re working hard to get you your vehicles as fast as possible while taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of you, our drivers, and your vehicle.

Are there still storage fees?

Yes, storage fees are still accruing as normal. For Canadian Residents exporting vehicles from the USA:  extra storage is not being offered despite border closures.

Can I still inspect my vehicle?

Members can still visit auction yards to inspect vehicles in person, and yards are taking extra precautions to keep members safe. You can also order a vehicle history report, or hire an inspection service to look at the vehicle for you.

Can I still export vehicles from the USA?
Yes, we are still exporting vehicles. Our team is working hard to get your vehicles to you quickly and safely, all over the world. Email for more information.
